Phil was involved in a traffic accident on Sunday, July 31, 2011. Phil was riding his Motorcycle on PA 313, when a young women ran a stop sign and hit Phil's Motorcycle; The results of the accident left Phil having his Right Arm Amputated. Phil is 30 years old and will have a long recovery and Physical therapy. We want to Thank you in advance for your support in this worthy cause.
